    Pay

    + $25-28/hr

    Key Tasks:

    + Perform introductory training of new employees into Packaging & Operations Departments

    + Assist in the review, creation, and updating of SOP documents for all operations departments

    + Identify training needs and propose corrective actions for all operational staff

    + Organize GMP/Regulatory training documentation (safety, GMP, & Operator Skills), collaborating with both Quality and EHS departments on respective employee awareness development

    + Develop training program to smoothly transition existing employees into new roles

    + Develop and maintain training programs across the organization

    + Develop innovative training techniques to reduce mistakes, increase productivity, and enhance safety awareness across the organization

    + Develop and maintain training evaluation tools across the organization

    + Develop and maintain systems to optimize and troubleshoot across the organization

    Experience/Education:

    + HS Diploma required

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging and/or chemical line operations.
