The Department of Neurology is seeking a **_Sr. Administrative Coordinator_** to provide administrative and project support to division leadership of the BIOS Clinical Trials Coordinating Center (BIOS CTCC) and work collaboratively with the BIOS CTCC administrative core. The coordinator will independently develop and manage complex and key projects to optimize office communications, task allocations, and workflow. The role requires knowledge of up-to-date communications and BIOS CTCC operational organization in order to. provide, administrative support, communications support, project management support and organization support. Will oversee the management of schedules, coordination of meetings, management of travel arrangements, drafting and editing of correspondence, and ensuring the seamless daily operations of the division
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
+ Manage complex calendars of leadership, schedule and manage transition between meetings.
+ Arrange meetings and associated logistics, make travel arrangements, use multiple virtual meeting programs, draft and edit agendas and manage meeting materials.
+ Work in conjunction with BIOS CTCC leadership and administrative core team on a variety of projects.
+ Collaborate with the administrative core to coordinate and plan office functions, teleconferences, and various meetings/events as needed.
+ Work closely with the administrative core, coordinating efforts towards meeting deadlines, clarifying priorities, and ensuring organizational goals and mission are maintained.
+ Work with the administrative core to develop and recommend administrative processes and procedures to assure efficiency.
+ Serve as a resource for division leadership providing information on related activities, policies, and procedures.
+ Identify and resolve administrative problems and issues.
+ Track and manage licenses, society memberships, CME, presentation deadlines, publications submissions, peer review tasks and other tasks within deadlines.
+ Represent division administrators in appropriate circumstances within the scope of the position’s responsibility and purview.
+ Research and assemble materials for presentations.
+ Establish and maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems according to office procedures to ensure the expeditious retrieval of information.
+ Locate and compile information and format reports, graphs, tables, records, and other sources of information.
+ Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
+ High school diploma or graduation equivalent
+ Four years of related experience
+ Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond HS Diploma/Graduation Equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Additional years of progressively responsible senior administrative experience including calendar management, word processing, data research, travel arrangements, minutes, maintaining file repositories and working with confidential materials.
