Come join the team as we grow and expand - the **Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine team is now hiring for the next expansion.** This role will support expansion of the Orthopedic Surgery Center for the **Operating Room team.**
We are expanding based on recent growth and are hiring a new Surgical Services leader for the Operating Room team.

COSM has brought together numerous complementary healthcare services, such as orthopedic walk-in care, a surgery center, physical therapy, pharmacy services, and many more. Patients will experience accessible and affordable orthopedic care unlike any other in the Treasure Valley.
**Schedule:** 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) Monday-Friday Exempt level leadership role.

Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree (BSN)
+ Experience: 5 year's experience in assigned area
+ Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
+ Leadership experience in ambulatory surgery (ASC) or hospital Operating Room/Periop
+ Background in orthopedics (OR) or full periop scope (Pre/PACU)
+ Experience managing teams and accountability
+ Strong interpersonal communication
