Your Key Responsibilities

+ Ensure compliance with established production standards, methods, and guidelines.

+ Manage and oversee production operations to meet KPIs for assigned products/sub-segments within the shift.

+ Apply methods, guidelines, and procedures effectively to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.

+ Facilitate precise scheduling and sequencing of production orders.

+ Approve production orders and allocate operational resources appropriately.

+ Ensure production infrastructure readiness, including tools, maintenance, and operational setup.

+ Suggest procedural and organizational changes to enhance Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).

Your Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

+ Demonstrated leadership skills and business acumen

+ Good knowledge of production processes, measurement & inspection procedures, production planning & control, MS-Office and SAP

+ Knowledgeable of Safety and Health Systems

+ Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

+ Ability to manage and lead direct reports

+ Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship

Preferred:

+ Supervisory experience of 3+ years in a manufacturing environment

+ Automotive industry knowledge and experience
