    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    + Developing and implementing IT strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.

    + Leading, mentoring, and managing the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

    + Managing IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

    + Managing the IT budget, preparing financial reports, and presenting budget proposals to upper management.

    + Communicating IT needs and solutions to business stakeholders, collaborating with other departments, and building and maintaining relationships with external vendors.

    + Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, preventing recurrence with long-term plans, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

    + Evaluating new technologies, recommending appropriate solutions, and ensuring the company stays updated with the latest technological trends.

    + Awareness of IT general controls and ensuring adherence to the same

    + 10+ years of relevant work experience. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.

    + Demonstrated experience with developing business cases and managing IT budgets

    + Leading and managing IT transformation programs for sales, marketing, and service organizations

    + Proficient with implementing/managing projects with one or multiple leading CX & Service platforms - Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, IFS Cloud, or Oracle CX Cloud

    + Led the globally distributed teams for the successful execution of the IT projects

    + Experienced in building relationships and delivering IT programs in collaboration with business teams

    + Proficient with technology trends and enablers for the sales, marketing, and service organizations

    + Prior experience in the IT leadership role for companies in the manufacturing industry is preferred
