This day-shift, Monday through Friday role offers a stable schedule with the flexibility to be available for calls on weekends and holidays—without the requirement to report onsite during those times.
As a Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our office, collaborating closely with both providers and staff to ensure efficient, cost-effective care. Candidates with EPIC experience are strongly preferred, as this role involves hands-on coordination and supervision of clinic workflows, staff performance, and resource management.

In this role, there will be the opportunity to-
+ Manage daily operations at physician offices and clinic sites and coordinate work activities.
+ Manage staff schedules and handle call-offs.
+ Ensure office space, supplies, equipment, and assistance are appropriately maintained and available for medical staff and patient care.
+ Oversee all functions of the financial and patient management systems at physician offices.
+ Ensure compliance with all system-wide and departmental policies and procedures, including patient confidentiality and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, CLIA, PA Department of Health).
+ Integrate new physicians into CMI practices.
+ Monitor and meet practice-specific benchmarks, including point-of-service collection and scheduling, with a focus on template management for timely patient access, if applicable.
+ Collaborate with senior management to prepare budgets, align operations with organizational objectives, and meet performance and budget goals.
+ Develop and maintain a patient-centric culture that supports patient arrival and follow-up activities in alignment with consumerism initiatives, if applicable.
+ Recruit, hire, train, and supervise assigned personnel in satellite facilities, and manage performance evaluations, merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
+ Identify and resolve work-related problems to ensure high-quality patient service.
+ Communicate regularly and effectively with senior management and physicians, providing updates on operational performance.
Requirements:
+ Bachelors Degree + 3 years of management experience w/ 1 year healthcare experience OR
+ Associates Degree + 3 years healthcare experience and 3 years of management experience OR
+ High School Diploma + 5 years healthcare experience and 5 years of management experience
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
+ Act 34
