Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Senior Manager, Field Sales Operations, located in Titusville, NJ. The position is eligible to participate in J&J Flex, working days both in the office and remote each week. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager, Field Operations, for Neuroscience works closely with the following functions:
+ Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Learning & Development, Communications, Human Resources, Healthcare Compliance, Finance and Strategy Analytics contributing to strategic development and execution of all operational deliverables for the sales team within the broader Neuroscience Sales organization.
Functional tasks may include:
+ Field deployment/optimization, field sales business planning, compensation planning, field reporting, data analytics and integrity, sales data and incentive compensation field inquiry process, POA meeting planning, content collating and execution, field calendar planning, sales budget management, and building connections between the Sales Organization and the broader JJIM team.
+ Serve as the primary conduit between field sales and the national sales directors to the Neuroscience marketing organizations.
+ Enhance customer and Neuroscience Field Sales engagement through uncovering innovative operational processes and seeking and sharing best practices.
+ Lead key strategic projects in a Chief of Staff capacity within Neuroscience on behalf of the National Sales Directors and represent Neuroscience on cross JJIM committees and task forces.
This role will have no direct reports but will need to lead without authority and collaborate consistently with internal and external business partners across all Neuroscience commercial functions. This role reports into a National Sales Director.

Qualifications
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
+ Five or more years of experience in sales and/or operational roles are required
+ Experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred
+ Three or more years of direct people management experience is preferred
+ The selected candidate must possess strong analytical thinking abilities, demonstrate strategic thinking and organizational planning expertise and work well in a matrix environment without direct line authority.
+ The selected candidate must be able to influence thinking among senior leaders and possess excellent communication skills.
+ Must have a demonstrated track record of building a positive culture, a high-performance team, as well as talent and performance management.
+ Primary work location in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 20% travel
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

+ Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
+ Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
+ Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
