**Location:** Client Site – Reston, VA or Redmond, WA
**Travel:** Up to 10%

What You’ll Do:
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational strategies to ensure seamless security coverage, rapid incident response, and compliance with
stringent standards.
• Deliver executive-level briefings and updates to clients—presenting program performance metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee program financials—developing and managing the budget, forecasting costs, and tracking expenditures to align with business and client
goals.
• Identify, propose, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen security posture, and boost client satisfaction.
• Collaborate across internal departments, client stakeholders, and matrixed
teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality service delivery.
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to support program success and resolve operational challenges.
• Oversee all aspects of a 24x7x365 physical security program across
geographically dispersed secure facilities.
• Lead complex workforce logistics including shift scheduling, emergency coverage, holiday staffing, and real-time adjustments to maintain continuity.
• Drive performance through regular SOP- and SLA-based training, ensuring all staff are fully prepared and compliant with operational protocols.
• Serve as the escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
• Be available for on-call support and fill in operational gaps as needed, demonstrating hands-on leadership.
What You Bring:
• **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
• **7+ years of progressive program management experience** in private-sector physical security operations.
• Excellent communicator with experience delivering **briefings and influencing senior leadership.**
• Strong **financial management skills** —from budgeting to performance tracking and cost forecasting.
• Exceptional **organizational and problem-solving skills** , with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in **matrixed environments** and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of managing **classified environments** and deep knowledge of compliance frameworks such as **NISPOM and ICD 705** .
• Experience successfully managing **24x7x365 security operations** in a multi- site, high-security context.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and shift scheduling platforms such as **MS Shifts** or similar tools.
