    Job Summary: Responsible for implementing wound, ostomy and continence services throughout the continuum of the hospital. Responsible for planning, organizing and evaluating the plan of care in regards to wounds, ostomies, fistulas, and incontinence issues. Responsible for implementing wound, ostomy and continence services maintain, promote and ensure quality care for those patients who have wounds, ostomies, fistulas, and incontinence issues. May perform other duties as assigned.

     

    Job Qualifications:Valid RN license and registration with the California Board of Registered Nurses. Bachelor's Degree. BLS; Nationally Certified Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse. Two years of recent clinical experience as RN in acute care clinical setting. Functions with ability to develop effective action plans and implement to successful conclusion.

     

    Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing. Proficient computer skills in the use of Microsoft applications and PowerPoint.

     

    Salary range: $61.89 - $87.08
