    Job Description Summary

    As the Manufacturing Specialist - Production Coach at our Auburn, AL facility, you will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You will execute standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines.

    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    + Executes production according to the appropriate instructions

    + Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area

    + May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework

    + Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures

    + Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters

    + Leads a team of houlry employees

    + Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE Aerospace

    + Explains technical information to others

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing and/or Production experience)
