As the **Patient Services Manager 2** , you will oversee the daily operations of patient dining services while ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and service. In this role, you will lead a large team of 85+ union employees and be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment.

What You'll Do
+ Manage and support patient tray line operations
+ Conduct patient rounding to ensure satisfaction and service quality
+ Oversee purchasing and ordering of food and supplies
+ Create and manage staff schedules to ensure operational coverage
+ Lead, train, and develop frontline union staff
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory and food safety standards
+ Partner with clinical teams to support nutrition care plans

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
