Job Description Summary
• Position supports a Major Financial Client in New York. The position will be responsible for the process within the globally managed portfolio of mission critical offices and branch offices locations.
The GOC Manager will coordinate with other GOC centers to ensure global coverage of mechanical and electrical infrastructures supporting these locations. Manager will assures execution of program processes and management frameworks. Position will report to the GOC Global Lead.
• Position requires excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. In addition an extensive knowledge of facilities monitoring systems, computer software applications (including all products in the Microsoft Office Suite) is required. Must be able to use sound judgement and discretion and must demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and initiative to drive the organizational process. Must be able to initiate and complete projects independently, accurately and often under deadline pressure. Must have the ability to process, prioritize, assign and follow-up on requests.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00
