Our Summer Interns will be paid hourly and work up to 40 hours per week during this program. You will gain knowledge of commercial industry terms, laws and regulations, processes and market trends, taking your experience and knowledge back to share with your classmates and organizations.

Responsibilities:

+ Work order management

+ Help monitor work order system including closing work orders upon work completion.

+ Review work order data to identify trends and proactive measures to be taken.

+ Inspections

+ Walk site (interior and exterior) on a routine cadence and enter work orders for deficiencies and areas that need attention.

+ Repairs & Maintenance

+ Help coordinate with in-house staff and outside vendors for necessary repairs and maintenance activities.

+ Finance

+ Help create purchase orders and communicate with vendors to ensure on time invoicing.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

+ Legal authorization to work in U.S. (Visa sponsorship unavailable for this position)

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Proven record of providing excellent customer service

+ A self-starter, who is reliable, and gets things done as efficiently as possible

+ Detail-oriented while also being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

+ Ability to work individually as well as a team player
