What We Need:
What We Need: We’re looking for a curious, data-driven analyst to help support the growth of our Healthcare and People Solutions product line. As a contributing member of the HPS Sales analytics team, you’ll provide valuable market, customer, and data insights to our US sales organization, while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting problem-solving and data outputs, visualizations, point-of-sale, and commissions processing. You’ll assist with the creation of key metrics to enhance business understanding of current performance and support forecasting solutions in both standard and ad hoc formats. The Sales Data Analyst role interacts with various areas of the business, including regional and global personnel in product management, finance, sales, customer service, engineering, IT, and management.
Responsibilities include:
+ Assisting with the analysis of sales data to identify trends, performance metrics, and potential areas for improvement.
+ Supporting the development of dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
+ Supporting our Point of Sale and commissions calculation process.
+ Assisting with data cleansing, mining, visualization, and program development across a variety of data platforms.
+ Supporting the evaluation and streamlining of sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Helping maintain business rules and data governance.
+ Performing basic analysis to assist the data team in identifying opportunities and risks in potential cross-functional business cases.
+ Assisting with the integration of reports, audits, and processes in various business systems.
+ Maintaining a conversational knowledge of the product lines within Brady.
+ Assisting in building visualizations and reporting for sales initiatives.

What You Will Need To Be Successful:
+ Bachelor's Degree in a technical, financial, or mathematics field.
+ 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
+ Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across processes.
+ Ability to prioritize multiple projects under deadlines.
+ Familiarity with leading data visualization and database tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
