    **Sodexo's Campus Segment** is seeking a **General Manager 4 – Food** for **Franklin Pierce University** , located in **Rindge, New Hampshire** .

     

    Franklin Pierce is a small, private, non-profit, accredited university with an enrollment of approximately 1,400 students. The campus overlooks scenic Pearly Pond and is just a few miles from Mount Monadnock. Known for its close-knit community and innovative academic programs, the university fosters a unique and meaningful college experience.

    What You'll Do

    + Provide overall leadership and oversight of daily food operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals and service

    + Drive financial performance by meeting company and client targets, including oversight of POS systems and cash handling

    + Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and service excellence

    + Lead, coach, and mentor frontline (hourly) staff to create a motivated and efficient team

    + Ensure compliance with Sodexo's safety and quality standards, including food and physical safety programs
