    Role Overview

    **Sodexo Healthcare** is seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to support **SSM Health** hospitals in **Wisconsin** . The HR Manager will support up to 600 food service and environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors and frontline employees across several hospitals in the state. This position will require extensive travel as the HRM will be traveling to each SSM Hospital location. To achieve this we are seeking a highly organized Human Resources professional who is able to manage functions of HR across multiple locations. The HRM will have oversight of 2 HR Support Specialists as well as a Recruiting Specialist.

    What You'll Do

    + support, engage, and help retain staff across 7 locations

    + manage 2 HR Support Specialists and a Recruitment Specialist

    + attend meetings in person and virtually.

    + support managers and clients with HR related tasks

    + work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking systems

    + demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization

    + utilize data to track KPI's and metrix
