Role Overview
**Sodexo** is seeking a **Food Services Manager 2** for **Wentworth Douglass** **Hospital** located in Dover **, NH.** In this Patient Services focused role, you will report to the Food GM and oversee approximately 35 frontline food service hospital employees. The schedule for this role is approximately 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, and includes coverage for every other weekend.

What You'll Do
+ have oversight of food service operations and coordinate tasks through frontline staff
+ deliver high quality Patient food services
+ develop and maintain high level of patient satisfaction
+ ensure compliance with HACCP, regulatory and standards and that Sodexo standards are met

What You Bring
+ previous food service experience, healthcare experience is preferred
+ experience with HealthTouch would be a plus
+ strong time management skills
+ effective leadership skills, with experience motivating and directing a team of frontline employees
