Overview
Creative Administrative Assistant
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Creative Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to one of our Executive Creative Directors in Dallas. This is a dynamic opportunity to work alongside senior creative leadership and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
+ Provide day-to-day administrative support to an Executive Creative Director, including managing a dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings, booking travel, and submitting expense reports
+ Prepare internal materials such as meeting agendas, recap notes, decks, and presentation support
+ Maintain digital files, shared drives, and reference materials in a clear and organized system
+ Anticipate needs and proactively manage logistics to reduce friction and allow creative leadership to stay focused on big-picture thinking
+ Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, confirm meeting details, and follow up on next steps
+ Approach tasks with a thoughtful, resourceful, and creative mindset
+ Jump in wherever needed — this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and finds joy in making things easier for others
Qualifications
Requirements
+ 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally within a creative or agency setting
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills — you’re calm, dependable, and great at juggling multiple tasks
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
+ High attention to detail and a love for structure — nothing escapes your radar
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams; familiarity with Concur and project management tools is a plus
+ A genuine curiosity about creative work, and a collaborative team first attitude

Compensation Range: $39,710.00 - $55,110.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
