    Description

    **SAIC** is seeking a **Program Analyst** to provide on-site project and financial management support at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in **Newport, R** I.

    Job Duties:

    + The individual will be required to perform various financial management functions as it relates to both Programmatic execution as well as Department level execution.

    + The individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of Programmatic financial management including, but not limited to: funding document acceptance, cost tracking and monitoring, financial forecasting, budget planning and ad-hoc Department Level financial requirements utilizing various computer systems.

    + The individual may attend meetings, track action items and interface with Government customers on a regular basis.

    + The individual will require a government clearance and strong computer skills.

    + Other duties may include developing miscellaneous reports, preparing assorted presentations, and assisting with the management and tracking of other project data, as required.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of relevant experience.

    + MS Office proficiency with strong MS Excel knowledge.

    + Ability to balance multiple tasks across multiple projects.

    + Must already hold SECRET clearance.

    + Quick learner and proactive.

    Desired Skills:

    + DoD Financial Experience

    + Navy ERP Experience

    + Project Management Experience

    + Understanding of financial/technical documentation
