JOB DESCRIPTION
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:
+ Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
+ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
+ Help your clients evaluate new products and services through a consultative selling process
+ Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
+ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
+ Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
+ Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
+ Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
+ Prepare reports on account status
+ Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and grow opportunities within territory
+ Act as Solution Consultant for new clients during the sales process
+ Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
+ Stay abreast of Industry trends.
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams as required
Qualifications:
+ Bilingual (French & English)
+ B2B experience, preferably at the enterprise level.
+ Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
+ Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
+ Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
+ Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
+ Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
+ Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to travel regularly
+ Insurance industry knowledge is an asset.
Additional Requirements and Details:
• Travel required up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to work remote with a stable internet connection on an as needed basis
• Located and working from an office location (when required)
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
• Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).
• Frequent sitting and/or standing.
