Sales Event Coordinator
Compensation: $64,350 per year
Job Type: Full time, In-person. Ability to work weekends. Flexibility in Schedule.
A Sales Event Coordinator will support our Sales team in driving revenue growth across various market segments. This role involves representing the Sales department professionally, both internally and externally, while playing a vital part in event coordination and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide administrative and logistical support to the Sales department to optimize performance and results.
+ Prospect and qualify new business by organizing events in partnership with churches and similar organizations, aiming to engage new audiences and expand our customer base along with hosting permission to operate (PTO) parties.
+ Coordinate all aspects of event planning—including catering and service logistics—and assist with event setup and breakdown when necessary.
+ Educate homeowners about available solar programs and assist with the collection of necessary documents for proposal preparation.
+ Follow up on leads, maintain communication, and guide projects through the sales pipeline to contract signing.
+ Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and personal development.
+ Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, goal-driven environment.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 2 years of in-home sales experience required
+ Strong communication and active listening skills
+ Proficient with technology, including CRM systems (Salesforce) and communication platforms such as email, Chatter, and WhatsApp
+ Comfortable discussing financial details and tax implications with homeowners
+ High energy, sense of urgency, and the ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
