    Responsibilities:

    Alkegen Values - the incumbent is expected to perform the duties while ‘Living’ the Alkegen Values.

     

    + Supports adherence and compliance to external customer requirements (ie: IATF, VDA, ISO)

    + Leads projects to uplift sites to next level quality requirements (ie: ISO to IATF, IATF to MMOG)

    + Identifies and coordinates strategic training needs required to meet next level quality requirements at site and corporate levels

    + Monitors and supports industrialization phase of new product initiatives to ensure risk and customer requirements are managed and executed appropriately throughout

    + Supports and ensures that all new products follow proper paths through APQP, stage gate procedures

    + Works cross functionally with operations and operational quality leads to work through change management adhering to Alkegen corporate policies

    + Ensures compliance and execution of all Corporate Quality policies

    + Coordinate global risk / business continuity plan and corporate dashboard with support toward SEEDS initiatives

    + Responsible to execute internal audit program across Alkegen sites and follow through on corrective actions with stakeholders

    + Will provide support to sites for all 3rd party audits as needed

    + Responsible for coordination of global quality certification structure

    Qualifications/ Experience:

    + Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in engineering, operations or quality related fields

    + Auditing experience with current internal auditing certifications for ISO-9001 & IATF -16949, with VDA and MMOG experience preferred

    + Demonstrated ability to write a structured audit report, follow up and close findings

    + Minimum of 10 years of experience in process improvement, operations or project management roles

    + Ability to travel domestic and internationally up to 25%

    + Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and high standards

    + Ability to generate accurate and timely reports to support business needs

    + Experienced in root cause analysis tools and problem-solving methods

    + Knowledge and experience with APQP concepts and methodologies including FMEA, quality control planning, PPAP, SPC, MSA, error-proofing, poka yoke methods

    + Strong statistical analysis capability, experience with Minitab preferred

    + Self-starter with a positive attitude who takes initiative to learn, ask questions, and recommend ways to improve existing processes

    + Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

    + Proficient in MS Office suite

    Compensation:

    + Total Base Pay Range $135,000 - 140,000

    + Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
