    How You'll Make an Impact

     

    + Define activities, processes, and standards to meet quality requirements for manufactured products.

    + Build and maintain systems to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

    + Determine the quality of manufacturing processes and outputs against standards.

    + Address process deviations and defects in finished goods.

    + Oversee professional and para-professional employees.

    + Establish objectives for team members.

    + Ensure understanding and adherence to policies and procedures.

    + Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

     

    Your Background

     

    + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related industry.

    + Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt certifications in Quality and Continuous Improvement.

    + Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods and processes.

    + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    + Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
