    We are hiring a Roofing Inspector to join our team in the GREATER RICHMOND area. Our ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in construction operations and reliable as this is a crucial position to the success of our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with construction codes and specifications

    + Provide expertise in your specific focus area specifically in Roofing replacement to ensure the highest quality work

    + Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues and provide constructive feedback

    Requirements:

    + RRO certification preferred, but not required

    + Knowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations

    + 5+ years of experience related to TPO and BUR

    + Valid driver's license with clean driving record

    + Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    + Ability to work in a construction environment

    + Ability to repeatedly lift heavy equipment up to 50lbs.

     

    Eligible for overtime, including off-shift hours and weekends.
