    Salary Range: $30.00 - $34.89

     

    *As required under NYC Human Rights Law Int 1208-2018 - Salary range for this role when Hired for NYC Offices

    Position Summary

    Provides administrative support to all activities related to medical students.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Manages the Sub-Internship Program for fourth year medical students.

    + Responsible for the reporting of general education teaching sessions performed in Clerkships & Sub-Internships.

    + Responsible for tracking all medical student education activities and maintaining student faculty records related to medical student teaching.

    + Manages the day to day of the department's undergraduate educational offerings.

    + Coordinates processes surrounding student elective programs. Assists with eligibility, registration, scheduling and/or the expansion and creation of new elective courses.

    + Coordinates student testing, evaluation and/or grading processes. If applicable, assists with the administration and proctoring of exams.

    + Collaborates with support staff at various college, departmental and hospital departments as needed.

    Education

    + High School Diploma

    Experience

    + Bachelor's degree is preferred.

    + Approximately 3 years of related experience, preferably within the medical research field

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    + Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

    + Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize work.

    + Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail.
