    Position Summary...

     

    Join our team as Group Director, Advanced Analytics and play a vital role in shaping the future of Walmart's Marketplace. This role will lead our Seller Success Analytics organization responsible for driving analytically-based insights and strategies for our Seller Acquisition, Seller Risk, Seller Optimization, and Seller Support functions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in advanced analytics, data modeling, and business strategy to drive impactful results and influence senior leadership.

    Our team operates at the intersection of data science and business strategy, working collaboratively with cross-functional executive leadership to align and drive Walmart Marketplace’s long-term vision. Your role will significantly contribute to developing innovative analytics solutions that drive strategic business decisions and enhance customer experiences.

    What You'll Do…

    + Provide strategic guidance to senior business leadership.

    + Lead advanced analytics projects and ensure alignment with business priorities.

    + Direct the development and implementation of complex data models.

    + Present complex algorithms to cross-functional partners and gain buy-in.

    + Oversee data analysis and ensure alignment with business strategies.

    Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.     The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00

    Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

    Minimum Qualifications...

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 7 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 9 years' experience in data analytics or related field.

     

    7 years' supervisory experience OR experience leading cross-functional teams.
