About the Role
As a Senior Manager of Business Analysis & Insights – Customer Journey, you’ll be the lead architect of insight across the end-to-end customer experience, from site entry to checkout. You’ll work cross-functionally to stitch together a complex site data and help drive strategies that elevate customer experience and business performance.
You’ll Make an Impact By:
• Owning the customer journey from a data lens—identifying gaps, building logic, and connecting the dots across site navigation, content interaction, search, cart behavior, and conversion.
• Driving from 0 to 1: Building frameworks, data models, and processes from scratch to make sense of unstructured or siloed data and craft a coherent customer narrative.
• Leading deep-dive analyses that influence digital strategy, combining qualitative context with quantitative rigor to highlight friction points, customer pain, and new growth opportunities.
• Designing and scaling performance dashboards and storytelling frameworks (e.g. Tableau) to democratize data access and support real-time decision-making across partner teams.
• Establish measurable KPIs to track site performance and identify areas of opportunity. Drive initiatives to improve the customer experience and boost overall site effectiveness.
• Partnering with data engineering, product, analytics, and site merchants to shape how we define, measure, and improve the holistic customer experience.
• Translating insights into clear, persuasive recommendations and presenting regularly to senior leadership.
• Guiding the team through ambiguity with clarity, helping to establish structure, priority, and focus in a fast-moving environment.

Minimum Qualification:
Bachelors degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business or related fields.
3 - 5 years related experience in Business Operations, Program Management, or eCommerce.
Preferred Qualification:
Masters degree in Business or related field; Project Management certification

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
