We're seeking a **Sr. Manager, FP&A, Digital Technology** who is ready to help us deliver on our commitments today, plan our strategy for the future and leave their fingerprints on the organization for years to come.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our Digital Technologies Finance function at Global Otis, with primary responsibilities for FP&A and accounting deliverables and processes. You will join our growing team as we expand our capabilities to support a dynamic digital organization. This role will provide visibility to both our Digital Leadership and Finance Leadership Teams as we build out and strengthen core reporting and processes.

What you'll do:

+ Support Global planning and forecasting activities and deliverables (annual plan, long range plan, forecast) for a critical set of operating departments

+ Support month-end closing processes and deliverables including oversight of journal entries, accruals, and cost allocations

+ Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support strategic IT projects/activities

+ Support IT capital requests and business cases, as needed

What You Will Need to be Successful:

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required

+ 5+ years of related finance or accounting experience << typical years experience for a senior manager?

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact and build effective relationships with all levels of the Controller’s Department, other staff and management

+ Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight time constraints

+ Demonstrated creative and critical-thinking skills

+ MBA or CPA a plus

+ Experience with JD Edwards and Hyperion Financial Management a plus

+ Initiative and a detail-oriented business focus

+ Strong math and analytical skills
