+ Training Pay : Paid training while you learn to be a Certified Bath Fitter Installer!

+ Performance-Based Pay : Once certified, your compensation will be a % of the value of the jobs you install, increasing % as you advance through certification levels.

+ Service Work : You will earn hourly pay for any additional service-related tasks.

What You'll Do

As an Installer, you will:

+ Install premium Bath Fitter products in as little as a day.

+ Deliver accurate and professional installation services to ensure customer satisfaction.

+ Educate customers on care and maintenance of their new installation.

+ Keep your work area clean, respect customer property, and adhere to Bath Fitter’s standards.

Skills & Experience You Bring

+ Carpentry Expertise : 2+ years in carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovations.

+ Precision & Tools : Skilled in using tape measures, levels, power tools, and basic plumbing knowledge is a bonus.

+ Reliability : Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

+ Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to safety standards.
