Team Overview
At the core of BlackRock’s global operations, the Technology & Operations (T&O) team enables the firm to scale, innovate, and deliver for clients. Within T&O, the **Outsourced Platform Services (OPS)** function leads the design and deployment of investment operations processes that power our outsourced service model on Aladdin.
As a member of the OPS team, you’ll play a hands-on role working with Aladdin clients in shaping how investment operations are architected and executed—translating business needs into scalable, resilient workflows that support complex investment strategies. You’ll collaborate across functions to implement operational solutions that are deeply embedded in BlackRock’s technology ecosystem and aligned with our client service model. Job Description
BlackRock is currently seeking a passionate and driven Middle Office Implementation professional at the Vice President level to join our dynamic OPS function. This diverse and integral function spans across various areas of Investment Operations and Accounting. Within OPS, you will play a crucial role in implementing Middle Office service for clients to the BLK Operations' standards.

Requirements
+ Understanding of investment management with 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
+ Basic computer literacy skills, with capabilities to effectively navigate applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
+ Numerical proficiency and outstanding analytical skills, with a passion for solving problems.
+ Natural curiosity, with an appetite for learning about financial markets and new technology.
For Wilmington, DE Only the salary range for this position is USD$108,000.00 - USD$153,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
