    The HR Operations Specialist assists the HR Business Partner in aligning human resources initiatives with business goals. This role blends administrative, operational, and strategic support. Here are common job responsibilities:

    Job Expectations:

    • Processing responsibilities: Complete processing-related duties such as position number requests and large-scale job/department/leader changes associated with restructures.

    • Climate Assessments: Conduct employee interviews as a part of departmental climate assessment. Summarize data and present to department leadership and HRBP.

    • Job description management: Point person for Total Rewards and Employee Occupational Health Services on JDXpert needs (i.e. PMDAs)

    • Act as a liaison for HR Regulatory Chapter. Attend monthly site meetings. Conduct research, consulting with HRBPs, HR Reps and System Regulatory as necessary

    • Work with leaders and Total Rewards on assessing individual equity adjustments.

    • Support project coordination including tracking and implementation. Project examples include talent review, engagement survey, union re-bid, spreadsheet-related initiatives, provider contract entry into

     

    OnBase.

    Required:

    • 1-3 years experience with Human Resources and/or Healthcare

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
