**Location:** Mooresville, NC

**Salary:** $22 per hour

Responsibilities:

+ **Guide the Way:** Support students throughout the financial aid process, ensuring they have the resources necessary for success.

+ **Deliver Excellence:** Provide exceptional service with compassion, clarity, and efficiency, helping students navigate financial challenges.

+ **Solve Problems:** Identify and address barriers to enrollment and continuation in school, offering creative and effective solutions.

+ **Educate and Empower:** Explain federal aid, FAFSA, scholarships, and other financial resources to help students make informed decisions.

+ **Collaborate for Success:** Work closely with Admissions, Student Services, and other teams to enhance overall student satisfaction and success.

+ **Audit:** Review student financial aid awards for accuracy to ensure timely disbursement of funds, and reach out to students to collect missing information or resolve financial aid issues.

+ **Other Duties as Assigned.**

Qualifications:

+ **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.

+ **Experience:** 3 years in customer service or sales; 2 years in Financial Aid preferred .

+ **Skills:**

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and SharePoint
