Provider Enrollment Specialist (PES)

Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30pm, Monday – Friday; with possibility of flexible hours

Hourly Rate $17/HR

About the Provider Enrollment Specialist role:

The individual who fills this position will be responsible for taking new provider applications from receipt to inclusion in NH Medicaid as well as updating existing providers in NH Medicaid. This involves accurate and timely entry of provider data, including provider applications and contact information, status changes, revalidations. It also includes following up with providers as needed to obtain information for the enrollment process. The best candidate for this role will be someone who can stay organized and multi-task through all stages of the process and has experience working tight deadlines. This role will require coordination with the MMIS Systems Team.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Business degree preferred

Experience working with Medicaid/healthcare insurance

1-2 years' experience in a business office environment

Desired Skills and Attributes/Successful candidates will have the following skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

Preferred experience in provider credentialing

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective time management abilities

Excellent communication skills

Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Work with Conduent’s IT MMIS Systems Team

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary for this role is $34,000.
