    The **Senior System Integrations Analyst** is a pivotal role responsible for maintaining and optimizing system integrations crucial to Global Rental Operations. This position involves ensuring data accuracy and efficiency, troubleshooting integration issues, and performing regular audits to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, the Sr. Analyst strives to maintain operational reliability and compliance with evolving business needs, focusing on continuous improvement, data integrity, and process standardization to maximize revenue and long-term system sustainability.

     

    In addition to managing day-to-day integration operations, the Sr. Analyst oversees audits and updates of integration applications, coordinates new implementations, and supports reporting and analysis. Hospitality knowledge of various Property Management Systems, and channel managers is highly beneficial.

    How You’ll Shine:

    + Maintain daily operations of existing integrations and interfaces, including regular monitoring, issue resolution, and preventive audits as it pertains to existing and new channels, including direct and online travel agencies.

    + Proactively identify discrepancies or inefficiencies across integrated systems and lead root cause investigations to improve long-term performance.

    + Coordinate updates, patches, and versioning of integration applications to ensure compatibility and continuity.

    + Conduct regular audits of setup/configuration across multiple platforms to ensure alignment with business rules, compliance needs, and data standards.

    + Document integration flows, system dependencies, and known issues with clear process documentation and SOPs.

    + Track performance and system enhancements after launch to validate accuracy within expected guidelines

    + Serve as a subject matter expert on existing system integrations, offering guidance to internal teams and leadership.

    + Provide clear and timely communication/reporting to stakeholders regarding system changes, integration issues, implementation tracking or required actions.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders across Yield, Inventory, and Partner Management to validate integration impacts and troubleshoot disruptions.

    + Train or educate other departments on current system capabilities and interdependencies, improving self-service and reducing escalations.

    + Automate manual touchpoints within the integration lifecycle to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk, including repetitive tasks and processes

    + Continuously evaluate current integration architecture and business rules, identifying opportunities to optimize or streamline.

    + Maintain and enhance internal controls that allow consistent, reliable execution across team members.

    + Assist the System Integration Manager during the rollout of new integrations, ensuring transition readiness and alignment with existing system configurations. Integrations may include new channel build-out with rate plan creation/modifications, PMS integrations/channel management review and set-up, OTA extranet set-up, etc.

    + Identify and communicate downstream impacts of new projects to prevent disruption to current systems.

    + Participate in setup, testing, and post-go-live monitoring of new system connections as needed.

    + Maintain dashboards or reports to track the health and effectiveness of integration performance.

    + Analyze data from connected systems to validate that processes are functioning correctly and delivering intended outcomes.

    + Use data insights to inform prioritization of fixes, enhancements, and improvement opportunities.

    What You’ll Bring:

    + Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience in a related field will also be considered.

    + 4+ years of experience supporting hospitality system integrations, automation, or operational technology.

    + Experience performing audits or health checks across interconnected systems.

    + Familiarity with data validation practices, system troubleshooting, and documentation of SOPs.

    + Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and tools such as Visio or Jira.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

    + Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and curiosity to identify inefficiencies and root causes.

    + Proficient in using tools such as Excel, SQL (preferred), and system logs to analyze data flows, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot integration or data integrity issues. Experience with advanced Excel functions, writing basic to intermediate SQL queries, and interpreting log files is advantageous.

    + Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms, APIs, and channel managers preferred — including systems such as Opera, SynXis, iHotelier/TravelClick, DHISCO, DerbySoft, and SiteMinder. Familiarity with connectivity standards, booking engines, and switch providers is highly beneficial.

    + Experience with object-oriented programming (e.g. Python, VBA, C#) and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

    + Hospitality industry experience preferred.
