A huge perk of being a Registered Nurse in a smaller, community hospital is that you never get lost in a crowd! Training can be individualized, **cross-training into specialty roles is available** and you have access to leadership on a daily basis.

What can you expect?

The Nurse Residency program runs in tandem with your RN position here at Baystate Noble Hospital with the Medical-Surgical, Intermediate Care Telemetry team. This inpatient acute care unit is the largest unit in the hospital and has the capability to care for a broad spectrum of patient acuity.

You will be hired as a Registered Nurse, offered a competitive nursing rate and after orientation, will assume responsibility for the patient's plan of care.

**QUALIFICATIONS** :

MA Registered Nurse License

American Heart Association BLS CPR (can be obtained after offer)
