    What You'll Do

     

    We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our WSRS CRM team within Retirement Income Solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll play an important role in supporting our customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities. You'll work on impactful issue resolution and process improvement to ensure our user base can work as efficiently as possible. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, your work will focus on maximizing the value of our Salesforce platform to support our sales and service teams’ daily operations and business objectives.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce platform

    + Implement new features and customize existing functionality

    + Ensure data security and integrity

    + Provide user support and training

    + Create and maintain reports and dashboards

    + Collaborate with teams to optimize business processes

    + Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices

    Who You Are

    + 2+ years experience administering Salesforce CRM platforms

    + Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and maintenance

    + Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, workflows, approval processes, and automation tools

    + Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data analytics

    + Proficiency in managing user roles, profiles, and permission sets

    + Ability to create and maintain documentation for processes and systems

    Skills That Will Help You Stand Out:

    + Experience with data migration, integration, and maintaining data quality

    + Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

    + Salesforce certifications preferred (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder)

    + Strong problem-solving and communication skills

    + Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions

    + Experience training end-users and providing technical support

     

    Salary Range Information

     

    Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

     

    Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

     

    $75000 - $123000 / year

     

    Time Off Program

     

    Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

    This role offers the ability for in-office and hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek) work arrangements in Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC locations. There is an expectation for this role to work on site at least 3 days a week.

    Hours

     

    This role will partner with our global teams and has an expectation for flexibility in your work schedule. Hours may start at 7:00 a.m.
