Summary:
Business Marketing is looking for a Brand Strategist to join the Brand, Program & Storytelling team. This strategist will support the Meta company brand and the apps (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.). The strategist will own projects and assume leadership roles to mentor team members, influence high level thinking, and move partners to action. It is critical that this person can unify and lead teams around a strategic north star in a highly cross-functional environment. This person will both ask and answer different and difficult questions, inspire and support creative teams, evaluate the work of others, learn and adapt quickly. Passion for Meta’s mission and an understanding of the brand’s challenges and opportunities and a passion for customer insights.
Required Skills:
Brand Strategist, Business Marketing Responsibilities:
1. Develop global B2B brand strategy and brand architecture
2. Craft and manage a compelling brand story and strategy for Meta brands and programs offered to business audiences
3. Develop proprietary strategic frameworks and processes and identify bespoke solutions
4. Lead brand strategy workshops, creative ideation sessions, and customer insight activities
5. Work to define and maintain B2B brand standards, reviews, and governance
6. Collaborate with Consumer Marketing and regional B2B Marketing, Creative teams/agencies, Sales and Product leaders globally to ensure our brand strategy is embraced by teams around the company
7. Conduct audits and analysis to inform business and brand strategic and decision making
8. Identify and scale best practices for brand marketing across Business Marketing
9. Create measurable plans and activities to ensure success and ongoing optimization of activities
10. Craft executive level decks to be presented to Corporate and Business Marketing VPs
11. Develop strategic briefs to inform campaign and program development

12. 10+ years of brand strategy experience
13. An expert-level understanding of brand strategy
14. Experience in messaging, naming, positioning and brand architecture
15. Experience working with management on all levels from the VPs to administrative support
16. Experience as a cross-functional influencer and partner
17. Experience translating insights, ideas, and data into customer value
18. A successful candidate is collaborative and analytical and can help connect brands, people, and businesses in a more meaningful way.

$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
