Job Description:
This role will answer calls for the Montana Market Medical Groups.
Call Center Specialist position is onsite in Billings, MT
Position Details: Position is for rotating 10hr shift
Will rotate occasional sat/sun shift
As a Clinic Call Center Specialist you need to know how to:
+ Answer, direct, and prioritize telephone calls and messages to correct clinic or department
+ Triage calls according to priority and urgency, transferring calls as necessary
+ Document all conversations, demographics to Electronic Medical Record timely and accurately
+ Obtain complete and accurate clinical, demographic and financial information during the scheduling process
+ Follow guidelines for special requests/Stat/schedule modification procedures and coordinate communications with clinical areas to accommodate the customers requests.
Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or equivalent, required.
+ At least one (1) year experience in a medical field, preferred.
+ At least one (1) year experience in a call center or high volume call position, preferred.
+ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, preferred.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$17.34 - $22.54
