    Coordinator, eCommerce Go-To-Marketing (Timberland Americas)

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Go-to-Market (GTM) Coordinator to support our eCommerce team in launching products and promotions across digital channels. In this role, you will coordinate GTM activities, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of campaigns and product launches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and digital operations, to align efforts and drive impactful online launches. The ideal candidate has experience in eCommerce, is highly organized, and has a passion for optimizing the digital customer journey.

     

    What will you do?

     

    + GTM Launch Coordination: Support execution of GTM plans for eCommerce product launches, promotions, and digital campaigns. Manage timelines, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met. Own ticketing process in JIRA.

    + Campaign Management: Coordinate and implement digital campaigns from merchandising to creative for launch on eCommerce platforms.

    + Data & Performance Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) providing insights, suggest adjustments to optimize results and recommendations for improvement in future launches.

    + Customer Experience: Work with UX/UI teams to ensure the customer journey on digital platforms is optimized for engagement and conversion, taking feedback and data into account for enhancements.

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key contact for digital GTM activities, working closely with merchandising, digital operations and marketing to align objectives and maintain clear communication.

    + Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on competitor product launches and eCommerce trends, providing insights to inform GTM strategies.

    + Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency in the GTM process, streamlining workflows and ensuring consistency across channels.

     

    What do you need to succeed?

     

    We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundational skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education such as a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1-2+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related role with a focus on product launches and GTM coordination.

    The foundational skills you will need in this position are:

    + 1-2+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related role with a focus on product launches and GTM coordination.

    + Strong Project Management Skills: the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + And understanding of eCommerce Platforms and knowledge of eCommerce best practices.

    + Analytical Abilities: proficiency in data analysis to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.

    + Communication Skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

    + Adaptable and Proactive: comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; takes initiative in solving problems and optimizing processes.

    + Customer-Centric Mindset: ability to think from the customer’s perspective and enhance the digital shopping experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)

    + Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tactics.

    + Familiarity with A/B testing and UX/UI best practices in eCommerce.

    Hiring Range** **:

    $52,000.00 USD - $65,000.00 USD annually

     

    **Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
