Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (Behavioral Health)

Schedule: Afternoon, Evenings weekends Part Time

Coverage: Norwalk and Stanford, CT area

Branch: Shelton, CT

Your Responsibilities

+ Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with state regulations and professional standards.

+ Perform client care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following care plans and policies.

+ Support patients in achieving improved health outcomes through short home visits.

+ Ensure compliance with agency standards for quality and safety.

What You Need to Succeed

+ **Current LPN License** (as required by the state).

+ Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing. OR Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma.

+ **1+ year of experience** in an acute care or equivalent setting.

+ **CPR Certification** (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).

+ A positive attitude and dedication to delivering quality patient care.

+ Strong communication skills and reliable transportation.

+ Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently, with the capability to lift 50-100 lbs.
