    Job Posting: Quality and Compliance Specialist

     

    Ministry: Trinity Health PACE

    Position Purpose

    Join our mission-driven team as a **Quality and Compliance Specialist** , where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and regulatory compliance within our PACE program. You'll support the Director of Quality and Compliance through data analysis, performance improvement initiatives, and ensuring continuous survey readiness.

    What You Will Do

    + Coordinate quality assurance and compliance efforts across medical, home care, and contracted services

    + Lead data collection, analysis, and interdisciplinary action planning

    + Maintain quality metrics, scorecards, and support regulatory surveys

    + Implement audit tools, corrective action plans, and monitor infection control

    + Support the Quality Committee and grievance/appeals processes

    + Assist in emergency preparedness and policy updates

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in quality/compliance or performance improvement (or equivalent experience)

    + Preferred: 1 year working with a frail or elderly population

    + Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience in healthcare settings preferred
