Job Description:

With minimal oversight and direction from Site Medical Director and Practice Manager, serves as mentor and preceptor of clinical (LPN and MA) for offsite medical practice. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching of clinical (LPN and MA) staff and providing orientation and training to new clinical staff. Coordinates practice clinical operations **.** Ensures adherence to all Highland hospital and Primary Care quality and safety policies and protocols. Communicates clearly with all levels of employees and patients.

**Pay Range** :

Pay Range: $27.08- 34.86 Hourly

Job Requirements:

**1. Education:** Fulfilled the requirements to be a Licensed Practical Nurse in NY State

**2. Experience:** Minimum two years of LPN experience. At least one year of medical office experience required.

**3. License/Certification Required:** licensed practical nurse. Current American Heart Association CPR and AED certification.
