    BAYADA at BAYhealth is seeking a **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** for a **full-time** opportunity doing **home health** **_visit-based_** **nursing care** for adult and senior clients throughout **Dover, Felton, and Magnolia** .

     

    This is **not private duty or shift work** . As a **visit nurse** , you'll see multiple clients each day in their homes, focusing on clinical excellence and efficient care—while enjoying flexibility and work/life balance.

    What you’ll do:

    + Visit clients in their homes to provide skilled nursing care (medication administration, wound care, treatments, etc.)

    + Monitor client conditions and report changes to your Clinical Manager

    + Execute and document care plans based on physician orders

    + Educate clients and families on health management and safety

    + Maintain accurate electronic records via tablet-based charting

    What we’re looking for:

    + An active LPN license in Delaware

    + At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred, not required)

    + Comfortable working independently and driving to client homes

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Reliable transportation
