    + BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an Outreach Prevention Facilitator to join our outstanding and compassionate team in **Hernando!**

    + **Facility:** BayCare Behavioral Health Hernando

    + **Location:** Hernando

    + **Status:** Full-Time, Exempt: No

    + **Shift Hours:** Varies

    + **Weekend Work:** Occasional

    + **On Call:** No **The Outreach Prevention Facilitator is responsible for:**

    + Plays a crucial role in promoting and implementing effective health and safety initiatives for our community.

    + Uses a variety of methods to create effective campaigns, such as facilitating presentations, providing resources to the public, and conducting data-driven research.

    + Responsible to develop, implement, and manage evidenced-based programs that effectively prevent alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use.

    + Serves as a resource to parents and district, school sites, and community agency staff related to county prevention intervention resources.

    + Extensive travel is required

    + Will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor **Benefits:**
