Position Details:

+ **Status:** Full time

+ **Shift:** 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

+ **Days:** Monday through Friday

This Financial Assistance Counselor opportunity is a full-time position requiring on-site work in Clearwater, FL.

Responsibilities:

The Financial Assistance Counselor is responsible for identifying patients who may be eligible for financial and social assistance from various public agencies by assessing their financial and social situation, acting as a liaison between the patient, the family and public agencies, and documenting the assessment and approvals.

Experience

+ Required 5 years Social Work or Public Assistance with High School Diploma

+ OR 1-year Social Work or Public Assistance with a bachelor's degree
