This position is located in Union Bridge Maryland at the Northeast Region's largest cement operation.

    What You'll Be Doing

    + Manage and reconcile plant financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls

    + Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and forecasts

    + Support budgeting and cost control processes for plant operations

    + Collaborate with plant and corporate teams to improve financial performance

    + Assist with internal and external audits and ensure timely reporting

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting gained through several years’ experience

    + Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Excel

    + Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly

    + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    + Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams

    Work Environment

    This position is based at a cement manufacturing plant and involves regular interaction with operations and administrative teams. It may require occasional travel to other company locations. The role is primarily office-based with some exposure to industrial environments.
