Federal Consultant, PowerBI Developer

What We Are Looking For:

Lynch Consultants is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

+ U.S. Citizenship (Required)

+ Eligible for Public Trust (Required)

+ BA/BS Degree (Required)

+ 4+ years of experience with Power BI development experience

+ Must live in greater Washington D.C. region: Virginia, the District, or Maryland.

Skills:

+ Software Developer with Power BI report development experience

+ Federal contract experience working in an Agile Environment

+ Experience using Power BI data warehouse

+ Experience identifying required data and data relationships within financial and business systems, including Oracle Federal Financials, Azure-based.net developed systems, EFI Pace, and/or systems with Oracle database or SQL server database backends.

+ Experience developing and maintaining reports and semantic models in Azure Synapse, including adding fields to the model using Power BI, a plus.

+ Experience maintaining Business Objects reports and/or the Business Object application server a plus.

Preferred:

+ SaFe Certifications

+ PowerBI Certifications
