1st shift Electronic Circuit Board Repair Tech
Seeking a skilled Electronic Circuit Board Repair Technician to join the team! In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and test electronic circuit boards and components to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This position requires knowledge in electronic circuits, schematics, and the use of diagnostic tools.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic circuit boards to identify issues at the component level.
+ Perform repairs on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), including soldering, replacing, and reworking components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, and ICs.
+ Utilize oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment to test boards and isolate issues.
+ Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to guide repair work effectively.
+ Conduct functional testing and calibration of repaired boards to ensure compliance with specifications.
+ Maintain detailed documentation of repair processes, part replacements, and test results.
+ Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to address recurring issues and enhance board reliability.
+ Follow safety standards and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols to ensure safe handling of components.
+ Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and best practices in board-level repair.
+ Keep the work environment clean and organized.
Qualifications:
+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent is required; Education/experience in electronics or a related field is preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
+ Proficiency in soldering and component replacement.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and wiring diagrams.
+ Familiarity with ESD safety protocols.
+ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
