Our client in banking industry, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team. As a Compliance Analyst, you will be part of the Asset Management Operations supporting the Community Investments team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, keen analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** Competitive based on experience
What's the Job?
+ Responsible for the collection and review of an assigned portfolio of initial tenant file reviews during the lease-up of a property.
+ Communicate non-compliance issues to the attention of the V.P. of Asset Management Operations for corrective actions.
+ Analyze, summarize, and review data; accurately report findings, interpret results, and make recommendations on annual state inspections.
+ Maintain property files for Compliance on the shared server and enter data into the Asset Management database.
+ Proactively identify operational risks and control deficiencies in the business.
What's Needed?
+ Associate’s Degree in Business, plus a minimum of two years’ experience in multi-family real estate finance or property management, or five to seven years’ equivalent experience.
+ Proficiency in MS-Outlook and MS-Office applications.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate complex activities and meet deadlines.
+ Working knowledge of the LIHTC program and the IRS 8823 Guide is preferred.
+ Tax Credit Certification from a recognized agency is a plus.
