Job Description
Insight Global's security systems client is hiring for an Enterprise Service Manager to help support their Edison, NJ and New York, NY territories. The manger will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the activities of the entire service workforce. Ensures the group meets company gross profit objectives through field productivity, scheduling, maximizing billings, and controlling costs. They will be all indirect cost/expense below budget levels and provides timely and adequate sales support to ensure service field technicians are fully productive. The manager will be responsible for preparing proposals for potential clients and coordinate activities of work force to generate sales at or above company standards. The Manager will be required to be onsite in New York, NY.

Skills and Requirements
- 5 years of management or field leadership experience
- 5 7 years of business experience in sales or operations
- Strong understanding of fire, CCTV, security and card access systems, low-voltage systems, installation and testing.
- Bachelors Degree
- Expert familiarity with applicable codes (i.e. NFPA 25 and NFPA 72). - Masters degree null
